Support tickets,
handled properly.
Give members a button to open a private ticket. Staff get pinged instantly, every closed ticket keeps a full transcript, and you can manage the whole thing from Discord or a built-in web panel.
🎫 Open Ticket

A private channel has been created and the support team has been notified.
One-Click Panel
Members open a private ticket with a single button — no slash commands or forms required.
Instant Notifications
Ping a support role, a specific staff member, or both the moment a new ticket opens.
Automatic Transcripts
Every closed ticket is saved as a plain-text transcript in your archive channel — kept even after the channel is gone.
What you can do with Ticket
Customer support
Let members ask for help privately instead of cluttering public channels.
Bug reports
Route reports into a private channel your team can triage one at a time.
Order & access requests
Handle purchase questions or access requests without exposing details publicly.
Moderation appeals
Give a member a private channel to reach staff about a decision.
One command sets up the whole flow
Run /ticket setup and pick a panel channel, ticket category, transcript channel, and support role or staff member. Ticket sends the panel and starts routing tickets immediately.
- Panel channel, ticket category, and transcript channel — all configurable
- A support role, a specific staff member, or both
- One open ticket per member at a time
- Persistent storage that survives restarts
Or skip the commands entirely
A browser admin panel runs inside the same bot process — same data, no separate deployment. Sign in with Discord to manage setup, panel and welcome-message customization, buttons, and the ticket list.
- Discord-login gated — owners and Administrators only
- Customize the panel and welcome messages visually
- Manage panel buttons without touching Discord
- View and close tickets straight from the browser
Three steps, start to finish
Add Ticket
Invite the bot with permission to view channels, send messages, and manage channels.
Run /ticket setup
Pick your panel channel, ticket category, transcript channel, and support role.
Members open a ticket
One click creates a private channel, pings staff, and starts the transcript.
Setup & Configuration
Setting up Ticket takes less than a minute. Everything is handled via native Discord slash commands, or the web panel if you'd rather click than type.
- Invite the bot: Add Ironstone Ticket to your server. It requests View Channels, Send Messages, Read Message History, Attach Files, Manage Channels, and Manage Messages so it can create and clean up ticket channels.
- Run the setup command: Use
/ticket setupand choose your panel channel, ticket category, transcript channel, and a support role or staff member. - Check your configuration: Use
/ticket settingsat any time to see what's active. - Resend the panel: Use
/ticket panelto send a fresh panel message to another channel.
If you want a support role pinged automatically when a ticket opens, make sure that role is set to mentionable in Discord's role settings.
Commands
Everything Ticket does lives under the /ticket slash command.
| Command | What it does |
|---|---|
/ticket setup | Configure the panel channel, ticket category, transcript channel, and support role or member. |
/ticket settings | Show the active configuration. |
/ticket panel | Send a new panel message. |
Web panel
The same bot process serves a browser admin panel — no separate deployment, and it reads and writes the same data as the slash commands.
| Section | What you can do |
|---|---|
| Setup | Configure the panel channel, category, transcript channel, and support role from the browser. |
| Customization | Edit the panel and welcome messages members see. |
| Buttons | Add, edit, or remove the buttons shown on the panel. |
| Ticket list | View open and closed tickets, and close them from the browser. |
Security & Privacy
Ticket keeps access tightly scoped, both in Discord and in the web panel.
- Command and panel gated: only server owners and Administrators can configure Ticket or use the web panel — the same rule applies everywhere.
- Private by design: a ticket channel is only visible to the ticket owner, the support role or staff member, and admins.
- No account access: signing in only reads your Discord identity and the servers you manage — never your password or token.
- Sessions aren't persisted: web panel sessions are kept in memory, so you'll sign in again after a bot restart.

Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about Ticket.
Can a member open more than one ticket?
No — by default each member can have one open ticket at a time, so support stays organized.
What happens when a ticket is closed?
A plain-text transcript is saved automatically to your transcript channel, then the ticket channel is deleted after a short confirmation window.
Who can use the web panel?
Anyone can sign in with Discord, but access to a server's settings is limited to that server's owner or Administrators — the same rule the slash commands enforce.
What permissions does Ticket need?
View Channels, Send Messages, Read Message History, Attach Files, Manage Channels, and Manage Messages — enough to create and clean up private ticket channels.
